Required Courses for a B.S. Degree in Food ScienceOur nationally approved curriculum produces
graduates who are well prepared to work in the public or New Freshman and Transfer Students With 44 or Fewer Credit Hours Entering OSU Summer 2007 and Thereafter. (pdf) For Students Entering OSU Spring 2007 or Before and Transfer Students Entering OSU SU07-SP08 with 45 or More Credits Hours. (pdf) It is possible for all of our students to earn their BS degree in four years. Because of the diversity of educational experiences of the students coming into our programs, no single four year plan is appropriate for us to publish. It is strongly recommended that you meet with your assigned advisor or the Coordinating Undergraduate Advisor, Dr. Jeff Culbertson (culbertson.34@osu.edu), to work out your individualized plan for earning your degree
