YEAR 2001 CONGRATULATIONS to an outstanding group of future scientists, leaders, entrepreneurs, academics and regulators of the food enterprise. Here are the 2001 IFT Scholars from Ohio State University. We are pleased that IFT continues to recognize the nation's top scholars with significant awards. Our thanks to all faculty members who helped nominate and all students who took the time to submit their excellent credentials to the national jury. It is hardly a coincidence that most of these national scholars are also officers in our food science club and regular participants in volunteer work for the common good. ----------------------- INSTITUTE OF FOOD TECHNOLOGISTS 2001-2002 JUNIOR/SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS
